newcom's India pale ale
6.9% abv; 70 ibu; hops, hops & more hops are what makes an ipa-complex aroma balanced with smooth,pale 2-row, Vienna, carapils, biscuit & crystal malts. Hops are horizon, Chinook, cascade, centennial, german hallertaur & english fuggle. Bronze Medal Winner in IPA Category at 2002 & 2004 Great American Beer Festival. 4–
hog pound brown ale
5.8% abv; 15 ibu; medium-bodied english-style brown ale with slightly nutty & sweet flavor-made from domestic pale 2-row malt & imported crystal, biscuit, carapils, munich & chocolate malts. ginger shandy
4.5% abv; 8 ibu; light, refreshing beer made with ginger & lemonade to impart an interesting citrus aroma & ginger bite. Silver Medal Winner Specialty Beer Category at 2001, 2002 & 2003 Great American Beer Festival. 4–
real raspberry wheat
4.5% abv; 10 ibu;150 pounds of real raspberries are added to this wheat beer causing a secondary fermentation & distinct raspberry flavor, color & aroma. Voted Best Beer in Kansas City by the readers of the Pitch Weekly. 4–
unfiltered wheat
4.5% abv; 10 ibu; a Kansas city favorite made with lots of raw & malted wheat for a refreshing, clean flavor & cloudy appearance – citrus & spicy flavors come from domestic hops which complement a wheaty flavor. 4–
